User Data Control & Deletion Policy
At Padchi Pe, we respect your right to privacy and complete control over your personal information. In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, you can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time either directly within the mobile application or through the web request form below.
What data is permanently deleted?
- User Profile: Your registered username and display name.
- Authentication Credentials: Password hashes, Firebase Authentication records, and active sessions.
- Cryptographic Keys: All public identity keys and Pre-Keys stored on the server for LibSignal encryption.
- Padchi Records: All your encrypted Padchi slips, transaction details, and digital signatures associated with your account.
- FCM Tokens: Cloud messaging tokens used for notifications.
What data is retained?
Padchi Pe does not retain personal data following deletion. Minimal temporary transaction or error logs (which contain no decrypted message content) are automatically purged within 30 days as part of regular cloud maintenance cycles.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)
- Open the Padchi Pe app on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Select Account & Security.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm and complete instant wiping.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you have uninstalled the app or lost your device, fill out the form below. Our support team will process your deletion request and erase your records within 48 to 72 hours.
